We offer regular 1:1 slots with a range of professionals who are experts in their fields such as an Accountant, Lawyer, Grant Writer, IP Lawyer and Tax Advisers. These are usually only available to our members but if you are partaking in a Business Acceleration Hub then you can now use this extremely useful and free service too.

New open call as University awarded further funding for Impact Acceleration Account

The IAA supports knowledge exchange and impact activities of our EPSRC researchers across the institution. Funds have been invested in speeding up the contribution that research makes towards new innovation across industry, business and the public sector.

As a result of the successful use of funds, the University will receive further IAA funding from the EPSRC of nearly £480,000 for the period April 2020 to March 2021.

The Advanced Engineering Business Acceleration Hub (AEBAH) has confirmed the appointment of Dr Kyriakos Kallis, as the newly appointed Research Associate for the business acceleration programme. Meet SETsquared Bath's interim Centre Director

Brian Prescott is the new Centre Director at the University of Bath’s SETsquared Innovation Centre and Entrepreneur in Residence for the ERDF Advanced Engineering Business Acceleration Hub. 

A Mancunian, his early career followed a science degree and began in sales with Duracell. Frustration at the lack of opportunity spawned a move to London, where Brian joined the rapidly-growing PKFA hotel management consultancy becoming the Firth’s youngest ever consultant before moving into marketing with Trusthouse Forte.
