SETsquared Bath summer showcase 2019!

This month we held our annual summer showcase at Walcot Cafe in Bath and it was a lively and celebratory affair. We even rolled out the red carpet for our guests and enjoyed prosecco and delicious canapés throughout the evening.

In the last 12 months SETsquared Bath has supported around 90 start up and scale up companies as well as run enterprise education programmes for over 150 student entrepreneurs - so it was definitely time for a celebration!

DOT PROJECT | Social Enterprise & Innovation Programme

Over the last two and a half years, the Social Enterprise and Innovation Programme has supported more than 300 startups to develop and bring to market new business ideas that deliver positive impact. SETsquared Bath teamed up with DOT PROJECT to deliver a series of start up business workshops to over 150 of the programme participants. During this time DOT PROJECT noticed that women taking part in the programme often struggled with self belief and the confidence to start their own business.

Looking For: Enterprise Intern/ Admin Assistant

We are currently looking for a graduating University of Bath student to take up a 12 month full-time role with us at the Innovation Centre in Bath.

The exciting role will support the team in its work to promote the programme’s entrepreneurship opportunities to Undergraduate and Postgraduate students of the University of Bath, and it will also provide an ideal opportunity to learn more about entrepreneurial activities and opportunities.
