#2 - (I)KEEP up with what's going on at Dopplle HQ

Yes, that is a pun in the title.

Throughout the whole of November, we took on two University of Bath students, Rei and Oli, as part of the IKEEP placement programme. Since going back to Dopplle full time, I have felt we were in need of a fresh pair of eyes on the whole market. What better than to bring in our exact target demographic? They gained valuable experience working with us whilst we received invaluable feedback along with some new innovative ideas for Dopplle launching to new students. A short but sweet 4 weeks with the two of them - thank you!

We also took the time to sort out our Dopplle stockroom after a hectic few weeks of events and Freshers Fairs. We had a lot of new pre-loved donations ready to upload onto the Dopplle app too! No matter how many clothes we get, we somehow manage to fit them all in to our storeroom, colour coded and organised.

Meeting up with Natasha and EJ was one of the highlights of the month. It's always great to see what has been going on with their start-ups and what new challenges they are facing!

Finally, at the end of the month I took part in a 3D motion scanning workshop run by the University of Bath CAMERA department. A change from my day-to-day work life but it was incredible. I learnt about how 3D scanning is being used in different areas – including the fashion industry which is why I was there – and how it can aid businesses in all different ways.

A great month with a massive range of experiences, looking forward to what December will bring!
