Request from the University of Bath's Placements department

As with industries across the board, COVID-19 has caused disruption to our placement programmes, with a number of students seeking positions for the forthcoming academic year, due to disrupted and cancelled placements. We’d love to hear from you if you might be in a position to offer a professional work placement position to one of our students. The organisations which work with our placement students enjoy multiple benefits, from valuable additional resource, fresh ideas and up-to-date knowledge of research in their relevant fields.

The Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences covers a breath of undergraduate courses with associated placements as outlined below:

  • Economics

  • Education

  • Health and Sports degrees

  • International Development

  • Languages - French, German, Italian and Spanish

  • Politics

  • Psychology

  • Social and Policy Sciences

and the Postgraduate MSc Applied Forensic Psychology with Counselling
