Hello,

Just a quick update from my side on the progress of Flinke in December!

The main focus in December was validating the problem in the Supply Chain through Surveys & Interviews. Although it’s a busy period for retail, we managed to interview several Supply Chain Experts in eCommerce businesses of different sizes ranging from Lululemon and Swarovski to SMEs of different sizes.

This has allowed us to validate the problems and are summarised below:

Further research showed that there is a huge obtainable market of £11 Billion. 

In January, further interviews will be conducted. Once we have a large pool of data, a build plan for the MVP will be created based on the priorities of the customers.
