Registration information

Registration for the event is FREE for SETsquared Bath members and this forms part of a masterclass series worth over £3,000 as a new additional membership benefit, and is an integral part of the SETsquared Bath VAMP offer*.

Registration is also free to any businesses currently on one of our Business Acceleration Hubs.

NANCY SCOTFORD, PARTNER AT GRANTTREE

David Altabev is the founder and Director of Urban Frontiers, a boutique urbantech and digital transformation agency. He previously worked as the Director of Data & Demonstrators at the Future Cities Catapult, a UK Government-back urban innovation centre of excellence, and as Head of Cities at PUBLIC, a European GovTech venture firm.

David worked for Innovate UK managing their future cities demonstrator programme, and has been acting as an assessor for the last ten years, training organisations and startups on their approach to grant funding.

Nancy Scotford, Partner at GrantTree will also be in attendance at the masterclass. Starting her first venture out of the University of Exeter, Nancy entered the start-up funding ecosystem raising over £600m for her own clean tech projects in South America. Following a brief stint investing into IoT in China, Nancy uses her investment experience to turn client’s ideas into the commercial, grant fundable propositions.
