Virtual Networking event: How do we persuade people to be greener

Following on from our September networking event where we discussed measuring sustainability this event aims to pick up on discussions held around behavioural change and why people make the choices they do.

How can businesses help influence consumer change and persuade people to be more greener and make sustainable choices. We’ll be discussing behavioural psychology.

They'll be a presentation from an Academic at the University of Bath's psychology department, followed by a Q&A expert panel session. Also, plenty of networking opportunities.

AGENDA:

8.30am: arrive with coffee and croissants to network (via breakout rooms) with other attendees.

9.00am: Prof Lorraine Whitmarsh, FHAE, Department of Psychology, University of Bath Academic. Will give an interesting talk about perceptions and behaviour in relation to peoples sustainable choices.

9.15am: Interactive Q&A expert panel session. Hosted by Pete Keevill, Entrepreneur in Residence, STBAH. Guy Champniss, Behavioural Scientist, Entrepreneuer & Founder;

9.30am: Another chance to network via breakout rooms with other attendees.

10.00am: Finish
