Description
The 'Benchtop to Business' series is designed to inspire engineers, scientists and the technologically minded to take their technology out of the lab and into the real world.
Each session ends with drinks and networking so those seeking to start early stage ventures can meet other like minded people.
Building Star Teams
The founding team is critical to the success of the startup. It is important for a founding entrepreneur to know how they should ensure they build an effective, high performing team that will drive the business forward to achieve their vision.
Investors know that one of the key failures of a business is related to a poor performing or indeed a non-functioning team, so in order to achieve success for the venture the team is crucial.
This session tells stories from successful founders who have built star performing teams; attendees will find out who they recruited, how they did it, where they found them and what made that team star performing.
Refreshments provided.
