Future Fit Masterclass - How to design your business to be fit for the 21st century?

The Future Fit masterclass has been designed to enable senior decision makers design their business to be truly sustainable and fit for the 21st century. Delivered by Al Kennedy - a business designer, creative consultant, coach and mentor who helps leaders and organisations adapt, evolve and transform for the 21st century.

Monday 14th June 2021 & Tuesday 15th June 2021 10am - 1.30pm (two sessions across two days)

This masterclass is all about getting purpose into a business model - businesses with this at their core can deliver both sustainable economic and social benefit: they unite people, attract investment, inspire innovation, pioneer new efficiencies, and enjoy a positive reputation. A structured methodology will help teams hold the core purpose central to all its actions, relationships and communications.

We are seeing rapid transformation and disruption brought about by the evolution of technology — but our organisational constructs are fundamentally staying the same. It is time for an organisational system upgrade.

This workshop will provide a highly interactive laboratory of exercises, challenges, discussions, analysis and synthesis of needs to take back into your enterprise to catalyse lasting change.

This session will be held via ZOOM, Garry Pratt, Entrepreneur in Residence at SETsquared Bath will be the host of this session. A full agenda will be emailed ahead of the workshop along with the ZOOM login details.

Registration for the event is FREE for SETsquared Bath members and this forms part of a masterclass series worth over £3,000 as a new membership benefit, and is an integral part of the SETsquared Bath VAMP offer.*

Registration is also free to any businesses currently on one of our Business Acceleration Hubs.

Please note numbers may be kept to a small group to aid better interaction and collaboration, and therefore SETsquared Bath Innovation Centre members will be given priority booking. We will be in touch if you have been added to a reserve list.
