Helping you avoid common mistakes and pitfalls when starting out - online event
Semester 1 of the Entrepreneurship Programme is all about us teaching you how to start a business and an important element, and often a more simple approach, is to advise you how not to start a business!
This expert talk led by SETsquared Bath’s in-residence and UK leading law firm VWV, will cover some of the things you should be thinking about when setting up your business! VWV will cover collaboration agreements, starting a business with your peers, business shares, potential intellectual property issues when you are no longer a student and what should happen when you start employing people.
Recommended to all students even if you don’t have a solid business idea yet!
There will also be some cautionary tales on the pitfalls to avoid when starting out and setting up your business as well as time for a Q&A at the end.
